The a6win Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gambling in the Philippines. a6win does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

a6win employs mandatory age verification procedures during the registration process and as part of KYC verification. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all associated personal data will be deleted (subject to any legal retention obligations), and any deposits will be returned to the verified payment method.

When material changes are made to this Policy, a6win will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the a6win Platform following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the a6win Terms and Conditions.
