These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and a6win ("a6win," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the a6win website located at https://a6win.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the a6win Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the a6win Platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and use the a6win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online casino gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of a6win or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by a6win or any recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous a6win account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

a6win reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS/GSIS ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money games on a6win, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one a6win account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Ownership: Your a6win account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person.
• KYC Verification: a6win is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests.
• Contact Information: You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. a6win will use the email address and mobile number on file for all official communications, including security alerts and transaction notifications.

a6win reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that registration information is false, that the applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, or that registration poses a risk of fraud or money laundering.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a6win account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your a6win login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your a6win account and must not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• You must notify a6win immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your a6win account, whether or not you authorized such activity, unless you have notified a6win of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
• a6win staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to a6win support immediately.

a6win implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, a6win cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

a6win accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine players:

• GCash (minimum deposit: ₱100)
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank , UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by Philippine banks)

The following payment methods are not accepted on a6win and must not be used for deposits:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital currency)
• Credit cards (credit card gambling deposits are prohibited under Philippine regulations)
• Third-party or anonymous payment methods not listed above

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. a6win reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your a6win account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• a6win reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• a6win does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

a6win reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification. In such cases, a6win will notify you of the reason for the delay to the extent permitted by applicable law.

a6win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. a6win reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Specific contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: a6win reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.

a6win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice where practicable.

All games available on the a6win Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gaming rules apply across all a6win games:

• All bets placed on a6win are final once confirmed. a6win does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, a6win will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets will be returned to the player's account.
• a6win uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed professional studios using real equipment under controlled conditions.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels. These represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• a6win reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that a technical error, software bug, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a6win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using a6win to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a6win staff or other players through any communication channel
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

a6win employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems. Suspicious activity is reviewed by our compliance team and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine anti-money laundering authorities (AMLC) as required by law.

a6win is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your a6win account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the a6win Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

a6win strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to gamble on the Platform. Players are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

All content on the a6win Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of a6win or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the a6win Platform without prior written consent from a6win.
• The a6win name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of a6win. You may not use these marks without prior written authorization.
• Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to a6win for display on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of a6win's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a6win's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• a6win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• a6win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a6win account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• a6win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• a6win shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit a6win's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

a6win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority
• Your request for self-exclusion or account closure

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, a6win reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where your account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., at your own request or due to regulatory requirements), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

You may close your a6win account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

a6win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a6win will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the a6win Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and a6win, you are encouraged to first contact a6win's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. a6win will endeavor to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter, it may also be referred to PAGCOR or such other competent Philippine regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction.
